Meeting Notes:
In the Critique Coop: Leslie read Memoir Book 2 chapters 16 partial–18 of her upmarket literary fiction, HOPE IS THE THING WITH FEATHERS. Five members: Jill V., Leslie P., Lisa W., Michaele B., and Sherry C. Meetings are held every Wednesday via Zoom at 6:30 p.m. PT.

News and Notes:
Christmas/Holiday Party on December 15. Write a holiday-themed Six-Word Story, but keep your identity a secret! Guess the Author forms have been emailed. It will be fun to find out who wrote what stories. 🙂 Fill out the form BEFORE the Christmas Party.
Holiday Meeting Schedule: No meeting on November 24, December 22, or December 29. Meetings will resume a weekly schedule on January 5, 2022.
Sherry C. and her cozy mystery, TIME’S UP FOR FATHER TIME, remain in the query trenches.
Jill is taking a sabbatical to focus on the UCLA Masters Class in Novel Writing, an intense 9-month commitment. She will pop in for updates, encouragement, and brainstorming (and of course, the Holiday Party with her six-word story). We wish you the best of luck, Jill, and look forward to your return to Chicks!
